Through POWERFUL Deep Levels of Body Conditioning Hypnosis the BodyForge System forges permanent Mental and Physical changes to build your body in the way that you want it to be. No other Hypnosis system offers a Muscle Specific Program that isolates each muscle group individually. Non specific programs that offer a whole body program on a single CD simply do not work, each muscle group should be targeted one at a time and programmed towards its individual needs - especially if you have a muscle group that lags behind in development or one that has hit a training plateau.

Stage One;
Each BodyForge recording begins by relaxing your body one part at a time whilst leaving your mind awake and alert. This cuts out
negative self-talk and aids in releasing 'happy hormones' from the brain thus increasing ones sense of well being. The same hormones that you experience after a good workout, that happy feeling when leaving the gym.
 
Stage two concentrates upon removing mental barriers to growth which are often the reason behind long and short term 'sticking points' in muscular development. Sometimes our self-images are carried over from Childhood experiences when our physiques were not yet in adult proportions. These trapped mental barriers prevent the adult from being able to direct and build particular muscle groups. If for example, you still consider yourself partly child like in some attitudes perhaps your unconscious mind is 'clinging' onto a under developed Chest of child like proportions!

BodyForge's third stage involves direct in-trance Visualisation (which can aid in the release of Testosterone in the body) focusing the minds energies towards building the physique that you desire. Through unconscious visualisation every cell of the body is communicated too, showing your mind and body how you wish to look and feel once your goals have been achieved. You clearly see and thus become the person you wish to be. Research shows that this stage lights up identical parts of the brain that would be energised if you were actually working out

The final stage of these recordings saturates your mind with positive hypnotic suggestions which command individual muscle groups to grow. This stage can be used on it's own during training sessions to focus the mind on the job at hand and to intensify workouts.
